January 2007, This is a story worth telling and it promises to have many additions in the future. Doc ask me to build a website for his brother Randall who has been doing a little ranching down between Mason and Brady. I called Randall and we talked it over and I agreed to accompany Doc and Ann for an overnight stay at the ranch so I could take a few pictures. I followed Doc and his mom because I was just too busy to spend any more time than overnight and a couple of hours in the morning. Three days later I finally managed to reluctantly get headed back to the city and all the work I had left waiting. What a beautiful paradise crafted by the master's hand and well tended by a steward named Randall Jones. The Diamond J Ranch located between Mason and Brady is scenic natural wonder of Texas and from all appearances the five years of land and deer management is paying off with fantastic horn production. |

As I recall he harvested this beauty with some home made DGS 7mm, beyond that I was too busy taking pictures to follow the rest of the story.
